Race Day Checklist: Everything You Need for the GRIT+TONIC.com Mamzar Triathlon
Race morning is not the time to discover you packed one bike shoe. Whether the GRIT+TONIC.com Mamzar Triathlon is your first start line or your tenth, the athletes who have the calmest mornings are the ones who packed the night before, leg by leg. Here's the exact list we hand out in-store to anyone racing this season — organised the way your race actually unfolds: swim, T1, bike, T2, run, and the bag you leave at the finish.
Prefer paper? Download the printable Race Day Checklist (PDF) and tick it off the night before.

Why We Race the GRIT+TONIC.com Mamzar Triathlon
Ask around Dubai's tri community which race they'd send a first-timer to, and Mamzar comes up more than any other. It's flat, it's coastal, and the crowd at the finish chute treats a four-hour sprint finisher exactly like the podium — which is why it's kept a reputation as one of the UAE's best-voted community triathlons, sprint and Olympic distance alike.
GRIT+TONIC is the official race-week supplier: fuel and tri kit, delivered free to the venue, so nothing on this list has to come from three different shops.
-
Location: Mamzar Beach, Dubai
-
Formats: Super Sprint, Sprint and Olympic distance
-
Next race dates: October 25th, 2026 and March 21st 2027
