We stand by all the productswe sell and you can feel confident that your purchase is covered by our comprehensive 12-month warranty and in some cases by our Grit+Tonic Extended warranty at no extra cost.
How long is the Warranty Period?
The normal warranty period is 12 months and covers you against any manufacturing faults or defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase in addition to your statutory rights. If there is any failure during the warranty period we will replace or repair the item. If the item cannot be repaired and is no longer available, we will replace with an equivalent item of same or greater value.
Extended Grit+Tonic Warranty
For some items we offer our extended Grit+Tonic warranty at no extra cost. For these items we extend the normal warranty period from 12 to 24 months. This is our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. Currently we offer the Extended Grit+Tonic Warranty on all Polar and Stages products.
