RETURNS

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. If you change your mind, you can return eligible products within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • In new and saleable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Nutrition products
  • Arena swimwear for training and racing
  • Opened swim goggles
  • Body care and recovery products

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact the GRIT+TONIC team at sales@gritandtonic.com as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For UAE customers, return collection is arranged directly through our team. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your bank, refunds may take several working days to appear on your account.
