Our Promise

We’ve been scratching our heads and wondering why you can order dinner, have it cooked and delivered hot to your door in under 30 minutes, yet when you buy a product online it takes a week for it to be delivered?

At Grit+Tonic we decided this doesn’t work for us and it doesn’t work for our customers. Online is supposed to make life easier and quicker, not more complicated and slower.

The Grit+TonicSame Day Delivery promise is simple. Within central Dubai (link to delivery map) if you order by noon, we will deliver same day. For all other areas, if you order before 2pm then your order will be dispatched same day by one of our couriers.

We will always send you detailed tracking information and you’re always backed up by the fanatical Grit+Tonic customer team.

UAE Delivery

Within central Dubai (link to delivery map) if you order by noon, we will deliver same day.
Outside central Dubai, all orders received by 2pm will be dispatched same day through one of our couriers for delivery next working day.
Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched next business day.

Rest of GCC Delivery

Outside of Dubai, all orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same day through one of our couriers.
Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched next business day.
We endeavour to have all international orders delivered within two business days, subject to normal customs clearance.
