Return Warranties

30 day Returns, no questions asked

Sometimes we buy things and they are either not quite right or we simply change our mind. At Grit+Tonic we understand this, we’re online shoppers ourselves and need to do the same. Our Grit+Tonic promise to you is that if you change your mind for whatever reason and want to return your purchase, then we’ll happily exchange the product or refund your money within 30 days, no questions asked. We’ll also cover the return shipping cost in the UAE. Outside of the UAE we charge a nominal fee of 25 AED towards shipping.


Are there any items I can’t return?

Our no-quibble 30 day return applies across the whole Grit+Tonicproduct range subject to a few common sense terms and conditions:

  • Any product must be returned unused and unworn in the original packaging
  • Products must be in a new and saleable condition
  • If original packaging has been damaged or is missing then we will apply a 25% surcharge
  • Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on any Nutrition products or on certain personal or hygiene products - this includes any Bodyglide products, Swim Goggles, Underwear, Headphones and HRM straps


What if I receive a damaged, wrong or faulty item?

We take every care to ensure your wonderful purchase arrives in perfect condition. Despite our best efforts, there might be a rare occasion where an item has been damaged during transit. In this case, please accept our sincere apologies and follow the instructions on How do I return an Item? and one of the GRIT team will arrange for a replacement item.

If we have sent the wrong item, then shame on us. Please contact us immediately and follow the instructions on How do I return an Item? and one of the GRIT team will arrange for a replacement item ASAP and a further 10% discount for your trouble.


How will I be refunded?

As soon as we receive the item back to our warehouse, then we will process the return and refund the amount due back to the credit card originally used for the purchase. We can only refund to the original card and are unable to refund to a different card or via bank transfer.


How long will it take to process a refund?

We will process the return and refund to your card the same day we receive the returned item. We will email you as soon as this is done. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to show on your account.


Is there a time limit on returns?

You can return items for any reason up to 30 days from the purchase date subject to the T&Cs mentioned above. If you’re past the 30 day return window, please contact us and we will see what is possible.


Who pays for return shipping?

For UAE customers, then we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are an international customer, then we charge a nominal flat return fee of 25 AED that will be deducted from the refunded amount.


How do I return an Item?

If you would like to return an item, please complete the form below and one of the GRIT team will contact you as soon as possible to organise the return. We will email you a returns number and label that must be attached to the package.

For UAE customers, then we will arrange for a courier to pick up and collect the item. If you are an international customer, then you will need to take the item to one of the xxxx return collection points (click here for collection point map).
