Since COVID-19 became a part of everyone’s lives then the GRIT+TONIC.com team have been working hard, not only to maintain, but to improve the service to all our customers.

7 Day Delivery - We have expanded our delivery service and now offer delivery 7 days a week with same day delivery to all Dubai customers.

Safety - We strictly follow the guidelines outlined by the government regarding retail and working during COVID-19. Our drivers wear gloves, masks and practice strict disinfecting routine.

GCC countries - we have expanded and operate in KSA, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. Deliveries ship direct from our warehouses in Dubai via courier partners that have been proven to work quickly and efficiently despite COVID-19.

Standard Orders (without Bikes)

Below are the delivery options available for orders that do not contain bikes.

 

 

2-3 Day Free Delivery

This is our standard delivery service and is free anywhere within the UAE for orders over 150 AED. If the order value is below 150 AED, then we charge a 25 AED fee. We use a number of respected courier services for deliveries across the UAE for our 2-3 Day Free Delivery service. Whilst we endeavour to deliver all orders with 2-3 days, occasionally there are circumstances outside of our control that may prevent this. We can assure you that we put as much GRIT into getting deliveries to you as you do in training and sport.

Same Day and Next Day Delivery

We offer an express service within Dubai City Limits with either Same Day or Next Day delivery for orders placed before or after 1pm. The express service is an additional 25 AED charge.

Outside of Dubai City Limits we provide a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 1pm. The express service is an additional 25 AED charge.

BUILD AND DELIVER

We have partnered with VéloPresto, the UAE's premier mobile bike servicing company, to offer a unique Build and Deliver service for bike orders within Dubai City Limits. VéloPresto's expert mechanics will build your bike, carry out a detailed pre-delivery inspection and then deliver the bike to your door. They will then set up your bike and ensure it is ready to ride. This is what we call service with added GRIT. For orders over 5,000 AED, the service is free. For orders under 5,000 AED or express orders, there is an additional delivery charge.

BOXED DELIVERY

We are not able to offer our Build and Deliver service outside of Dubai City Limits, but we can still deliver your bike with one of our carefully selected courier partners. Before despatch, each bike will go through the same detailed pre-delivery inspection and ensure all all you need to do is straighten the handle bars, attach the pedals and insert the wheels - then its ready to ride. For orders over 5,000 AED standard 2-3 day delivery is free. For orders under 5,000 AED or express orders, there is an additional delivery charge.
