• This cooling sports massage oil was developed for sports and activities in warm conditions indoor and outdoor.
• We recommend using this cooling oil at temperatures above 20°C.
• The oil is applied before the start of the activities.
• Take a little oil into your hand and rub it well on the body, arms, legs, or neck.
• Having a fresh, pleasant feeling before the start in warm conditions works motivating.
• The oil ensures smooth muscles during the training or competition.
• Contains essential oils that penetrate into the muscles.
• This product has a refreshing effect but does not constrict the blood vessels or muscles, which is the case with ice. Narrowing of blood vessels and muscles leads to a reduction in performance.

HINTS:

• If you take rest breaks during sports or activities, this product can be reapplied. It is best to first freshen up with QM9 After Sports Wash lotion and then apply the QM15 oil again.
• This product has the same effect as QM22 Cooling Cream.
